We stand behind our products. If you're not satisfied with your order, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
Eligible Items:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Free from odors, stains, or signs of wear
Non-Returnable Items:
- Final sale items (marked at time of purchase)
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items returned after 30 days
Return Process
- Email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return
- We'll send return instructions and authorization
- Ship items back to the address provided (you cover return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error)
- We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days after receiving your return
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of defective items or shipping errors. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.
Exchanges
We'll exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Follow the return process above and indicate what you'd like instead. If there's a price difference, we'll either refund the difference or invoice you for the additional amount.
Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.
We're not responsible for items damaged due to normal wear and tear or improper care.
Wrong Item Received
Contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a prepaid return label and ship the correct item at no cost to you.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Check with neighbors, building management, or the carrier if your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it.
We'll file a claim with the carrier on your behalf for packages that appear to be lost in transit (not yet marked as delivered).
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, if the order hasn't shipped, you may be able to cancel, but a processing fee may apply. Once an order has shipped, follow our return process.

International Returns
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs fees or duties. Use a trackable shipping method. Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned items.
Store Credit
We can issue store credit instead of a refund to your original payment method. Store credit never expires.
Processing Time
Allow 5-7 business days after we receive your return for inspection and processing. You'll receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
