Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. During peak seasons or sales events, processing may take longer.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

United States

Economy Shipping (4-8 Business Days):

  • $3.99 flat rate

Standard Shipping (2-5 Business Days):

  • $4.99 flat rate
  • Free on orders over $75

    International Shipping

    We currently do not ship to to locations outside the U.S.

    Tracking Your Order

    Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If you don't receive a tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order, contact us.

    Shipping Address

    We ship to the address you provide at checkout. Double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

    We cannot ship to:

    • P.O. Boxes (for certain expedited shipping methods)
    • Military APO/FPO addresses (contact us for special arrangements)

    If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at milkfat@pm.me. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

    Order Confirmation

    If you don't see your order confirmation email, check your spam or junk folder. If you still can't find it, contact us at [your email].

    Lost or Delayed Packages

    Domestic Orders: If your tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days, or if your package seems lost, contact us. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.

    International Orders: International shipments can take longer due to customs processing. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us.

    Damaged Packages

    If your package arrives damaged:

    1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and items
    2. Contact us within 7 days at [your email]
    3. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund

    Multiple Items in One Order

    If you order multiple items, they may ship together in one package or separately depending on inventory and warehouse location. You may receive multiple tracking numbers if items ship separately. There's no additional shipping charge for items shipping separately.

    Delivery Delays

    Occasional delays can happen due to weather, holidays, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us.

    Pre-Orders & Backorders

    Items marked as pre-order or backorder will have an estimated ship date listed on the product page. These items will ship separately from in-stock items. You'll only be charged once for shipping even if items ship separately.

    Refused or Returned Packages

    If you refuse delivery or if a package is returned to us as undeliverable:

    • You'll be refunded for the item cost, minus original shipping charges and any return shipping fees
    • A restocking fee may apply
    • If the return was due to an incorrect address you provided, you'll be responsible for the cost of reshipping

    Gift Orders

    You can include a gift message at checkout. We'll ship directly to the recipient without including pricing information in the package.
